The Blueprint Custom Angle Mug completes our quest for the perfect mug for enjoying black coffee. For years, we searched for the proper balance of size, material, weight, and style. About six months ago, we received samples from Created Co. and really took a liking to their Angle collection.

The collection itself offers cups from 3oz to 12oz. They’re intended to hold espresso and espresso-based drinks, but we found their 8oz “small latte” mug to be the perfect match for a flask of freshly brewed coffee. It holds enough to enjoy over 10-20 minutes, but not so much that it holds heat too long. It’s also large enough that it doesn’t cool too quickly.

Our friends at Visitor Assembly mocked up simple mug designs for us over a year ago, and we knew we wanted to present a simple stripe pattern with a subtle use of our logo.

Created Co. fires the Blueprint Custom Angle Mug at 2,500 degrees for extreme durability. The mugs feature a sturdy lip that resists chipping but doesn’t have such heft to prevent comfortable drinking.
